Dimensional Awareness Consultants have Professional and Experienced Safety Consultants that will compile Site Specific Safety Files in response to our client’s Safety Specifications and Requirements.
Our Safety Consultants will sit down and attend required audits to negotiate with the Client Safety Agent and ensure approval of the Safety File.
Dimensional Awareness Consultants can assist contractors with achieving legal compliance through auditing the site and Safety File regularly.
Including services such as:
Site visits
Assisting with the upkeep of Safety Documentation in the Safety File
Review of the required Documentation
Compilation of additional documents where required.
Employee Induction Verification.
Compilation of Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
Generating Toolbox Talks and the communication thereof.
Our consultants are duly qualified and can be carry Legal Appointments such as Risk Assessor, Incident Investigator and Safety Officer.
In the unlikely event of an accident happening on site, our consultants will participate in the Incident Investigation and assist with the liaison with the Client and Department of Labour.
A detailed Site Report will be generated after each site visit, which will includw photos for reference with deviations, findings and recommendations on site related issues.
The report has a physical section where we record any site related issues an administrative section where we record any administrative issues that require attention.
